Refund and Returns Policy
Our main aim is to give complete customer satisfaction. But we all know people make mistakes. If there is any fault regarding your order by us, we regret it and it is our sole responsibility to correct it.
If you are displeased with the delivered products due to damage or wrong product, we will replace the product or refund the money. The reasons should be authentic and proved after investigation. For this investigation we must need a video while unpacking the order.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customer has the freedom to cancel their orders and request a refund from us by Email. Our Policy for the cancellation is as below:
Cancellation Policy
- To cancel the order you have to submit the cancel request via Email within 12 hours from the date of your order and full refund will be credited to your account within 5 working days.
Once the order time crosses 12 hours, your order can’t be cancelled and you can’t request for refund.
Our Policy for the Refund is below:
In Case any issues in your ordered product we will refund your money within 5 working days.
However, in the case of any manufacturing defect/printing mistake we assure you to exchange your product.
For exchange the product You must notify us by E-mail within 3 days from receiving the order.
After receiving your exchange request, we will pick up the product within 3 working days.
After that we will resend the product to you within 7 working days.
No product returns are available by us.
- If the Product is not available due to non print by the publication house then you can wait for the availability of the product or ask for refund.
